Properties Elasto-Coat

No need for sawing the concrete
Elongation at break (100 %)
Chemical resistant.
Solvent Free, can be sprayed as a solvent free system.
Elastic properties- (even in low temperature).
Good adhesion to Concrete and Asphalt.
Can be applied to zero.
Protection against corrosion on metal.
The elastic properties gives possibilities for overbuilding of cracks in concrete.

Properties PMS-4

The material is a two component polyurethane system of solid type with very unique properties.
Quick Curing time.( Approx. 60-100 seconds)
High Thermo stability (< +130 C ).
Impact stability 45KJ/sqm.
Keeps the bases in a fixed position in all climates.
Keeps the cables in fixed position in concrete and asphalt.

Properties Pox-Seal;

The material is Epoxy based urethane-amine with 100% dry content.
Chemical resistant - Air fuel 100 LL, Jet 1, Glycol and Urea De-icing liquid.
Can take 60 % elongation at -30 C.
Can be applied to fresh concrete and asphalt. ( See approval SP -759 issue 3)
Can be repaired after years.

Component A
Epoxy based Fuel resistant resin modified tixotropic compound with 100 % dry content.

Component. B
Special urethane amines with 100 % dry content.
Mixing ratio: Pox-Seal is delivered in ready mix proportions. A+B component. Never split this proportions!

Properties Seal-Alkaline barrier;

Seal-Alkaline barrier is an epoxy based two-component liquid with 78,5% dry content.

Seal-alkaline barrier is developed to be a barrier between alkaline sensitive materials and concrete.

The product have taken part in testing performed at National Testing Institute in Sweden and have proven to be an effective barrier against degrading of plasticizer developed of alkaline.
This plasticizer is fond in glue and plastic mats.
(SP reports 1989: 07).

Seal-Alkaline barrier is necessary to use to achieve long time performance of POX-SEAL in concrete.

Mixing ratio............................................. 100 parts A component: 33 parts of B component.

Time to application of joint: This can be done wet in wet and up to 24 hours at 20°C. but take care that the solvent has evaporated from the alkaline barrier before the joint sealant is applied.
